Every young person deserves support, guidance, and a real chance to succeed.

Our case management services walk alongside youth ages 14 to 24 as they navigate life's challenges and build their own path forward, in the field and on-site across Compton.

Our Approach

The Transition to Independence Program

We give every young person a seat at the table. Grounded in the TIP model, our youth-centered approach empowers youth to lead in setting their goals and making meaningful decisions about their futures. By focusing on their strengths and vision, we walk alongside them as they build the life they deserve.
